Sales of new homes have soared in June from the previous months. This is the thid increase in a row for the housing market and hopes to be the evidence of a recovering market.
Sales of single familyhomes has increased over 10% as the median price for a new home was $206, 200.
Lake Lanier homes for sale has also seen a dramatic increase in traffic due to buyers looking for a deal on Lake Lanier especially homes with a existing dock. As the demand for Lake Lanier homes increases so does the demand for deep water docks for entertainment and fishing.
